Most organisations are fully operational within 12 weeks.

Step 1 – Kickoff Call (Week 1)​

We begin by understanding how your organisation manages data today.

During this phase:

  • Your CryspIQ® instance is provisioned and configured
  • Key Data Administrators and Stewards are identified
  • Roles and permissions are clearly defined
  • Governance objectives and success measures are agreed
  • Communication channels are established

This ensures clarity before any configuration begins.

Step 2 – Data & System Setup (Week 3)​

Two weeks in, this is where your data starts taking shape inside CryspIQ®.

We guide your team through:

  • Connecting your source systems
  • Lumen® proposes source-to-target field mappings, which your team reviews and confirms
  • Defining and standardising business terms
  • Validating initial data quality and lineage

Nothing here requires heavy engineering work on your side — it's guided, step by step.

Step 3 – User Training (Weeks 3–11)​

Eight weeks of hands-on work, at your team's pace — this is where your team becomes confident and self-sufficient.

Your Data Administrators and Stewards will learn how to:

  • Monitor data quality and lineage on an ongoing basis
  • Manage user roles and access controls
  • Validate data integrations

Training sessions are hands-on, practical and focused on real examples from your environment.

Step 4 – Go-Live Confirmation (Week 12)​

Before launch, we perform structured checks to ensure:

  • Data mappings are accurate
  • Governance controls are operating correctly
  • Access permissions are aligned
  • Reporting outputs are validated

Once approved, your teams begin using CryspIQ® in live workflows.

After go-live, we continue to support you with:

  • 30 / 60 / 90 day check-ins
  • Usage insights and adoption guidance
  • Governance health monitoring
  • Ongoing optimisation recommendations
