What is CryspIQ?

CryspIQ is a data collection engine that organises your data by removing the subjectivity, validating its quality and preparing it for use. It looks at data from a fresh perspective and makes preparation for analytics and reporting simpler, cheaper and faster.

    • Overview​

    CryspIQ was built to simplify your data collection processes and reduce the time spent preparing data for analytics and reporting. It has been developed as a Software as a Service ('SAAS') product that will prepare, connect, centralise and secure all your valuable data across your business. It also provides an essential data foundation for any emerging AI journey.

    Apply the method​

    The method used by CryspIQ is very different to the traditional methods of Data Warehousing. It is important to understand the fundamental differences in the approach to ensure that you are successful with CryspIQ. Once the concepts are solidified into your approach to data, your end-to-end data processes will become standardised and much easier to understand. Our SAAS application has been developed to encapsulate the CryspIQ method and assist you with this standardisation.

    Map your data​

    Use the User Interface to create and manage your mappings of source data to the universal context. Add metadata to your data which helps your fellow colleagues to search, find and use it. Use business terms and labels to enable consistency of meaning and understanding across your business.

    Use your Data​

    Understand the universal context to establish where your data is stored for use. Do NOT need to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the underlying data source system to find your Data. CryspIQ organises all your business data in a single database schema, so that all data of similiar type is clustered or stored together making it easy to find, once the model is understood. What this means is that if you are looking for Money items, such as budget amounts, invoice amounts, payment amounts, you will find them all stored in a single place. Just need to search which items you want using business terms (from Map your Data), select them and add them to your query.
